The mfr. method involves providing a sensor casing (2) with a support (3) for an electrically supplied component (4). Also provided to the casing is an electrical cable by which signals from the electrical component are sent. The component is connected through a wire (6) to a conductor rail (5). A radial bend (10) on the outside of the conductor rail ensures a set distance is kept from the support. The link with the wire connected to the electrical component is optimised using another radial bend (11). When the conductor rail returns to its original position, a third bend (12) on the inside prevents unnecessary wear and tear of the initial radial bend.
