METHOD OF MONOSODIUMPHOSPHATE SOLUTION

FIELD: chemical industry, food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: is used as initial raw material to produce product for food-processing industry and as initial material to produce washing means compositions in chemical industry. Monosodiumphosphate solution is produced by extraction of phosphoric acid using tributylphosphate with following reextraction of phosphoric acid from organic phase by sodium-bearing reactant. As the latter they use saturated water solution of disodiumphosphate, taken in stoichiometric amount for neutralization of phosphoric acid with concentration of 36.0 - 50.2 mass %. Reextraction process is carried out under temperature of 41 - 90 C. Produced monosodiumphosphate solution is divided for two equal parts. One of them is taken away as product and another one is sent for treatment with sodium carbonate to produce disodiumphosphate solution, that is then sent back for reextraction. Method allows to simplify process due to intensification of reextraction phase and optimization of streams distribution. In the case monosodiumphosphate solution with concentration of 48.7 - 62.9 mass % is produced. EFFECT: method allows to simplify process.
