FIELD: production of flange profile for engaged coupling of air canals sections mainly rectangular cross-section of sheet metal. SUBSTANCE: structure allows to realize reliable assembly of flange profile on sections of air canal, in particular it provides tight engaged coupling of flange profile with section of air canal and also tight engaged coupling of air canal sections to each other. In the case sealing action of seal mass keeps its flexibility for long duration and provides corresponding to process requirements fitting during production and assembly of flange profile. Distinguishing feature of flange profile is the fact, that top of seam thickening has flexible coating, that is leaning to inner side of part of opposite seat elastically and without clearances. EFFECT: structure of flange profile allows to realize reliable assembly of flange profile on sections of air canals. |
