The following description concerns the therapeutic use of amidic derivatives of mono and bicarboxylic acids with aminoalcohols or aminoethers in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of diseases connected with the modulation of the cannabinoid peripheral receptor, said amidic derivatives being selectively active on said receptor.
