FIELD: computer engineering; development of new families of logical elements. SUBSTANCE: counter has transistors, diodes, resistors, logical elements FOLLOWERS, EXCLUSIVE OR, AND, OR, NOT. FOLLOWERS are storage elements whose outputs are connected to their inputs through resistor. In counter operation, FOLLOWERS change their state depending on signals across their inputs (0 or 1). FOLLOWERS logical control circuit provides for their sequential change-over in one of Gray codes. Upon counting ten pulses all FOLLOWERS are set to 0. EFFECT: simplified procedure of binary to decimal digit conversion. |
