FIELD: blasting operations of special assignment. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for development of technologically simple process of pyrotechnical dismantling of armament and military equipment including rational breakdown of body of sample with simultaneous reduction of extent of preparatory operations, usage of explosives and blasting means. Process involves use of mixture of explosives containing metals which exhibit increased blasting power. Blasting of charges of explosives in closed space of article provides for breakdown of its body into individual assembly parts or large fragments of structure convenient for subsequent collection, transportation and processing mainly by weakened points of structure. Proposed process compares favorably with other known method of breakdown of large-sized articles having shells which uses shaped charges of blasting agents (using one quarter of their consumption). Time of preparation of article for breakdown is half as much as for known method. EFFECT: simplified process of breakdown of armament and military equipment. |
