FIELD: production of paints and covers for inner and outer finishing of buildings and structures. SUBSTANCE: silicate paint production method provides for preparation of powder mixture and its mixing with liquid phase. Powder mixture, that has pigment and filler, is added powder of hydrated silicate of alkaline metal. Water is used as liquid phase. Hydrated silicate of alkaline metal corresponds to general formula 1) RO•mSiO•nHO with R - alkaline metal. Ratio of water of hydration share to silicate water-free mass share is following: 2)- 5 - 20 mass %. No less than 85 % of hydrated silicate alkaline metal is to have size of no more than 10 mcm. EFFECT: method allows to decrease cost of paint, transportation costs and so to decrease costs of building-finishing works and building object itself. |
