FIELD: polymeric materials. SUBSTANCE: material has high-pressure polyethylene or copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate at amount 99.0-99.2 wt. -% and benzone OA at amount 0.8-1.0 wt.-%. Method of preparing proposed material involves the cold mixing granulated high pressure polyethylene or copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate at amount 99.0-99.2 wt.-% and benzone OA at amount 0.8-1.0 wt.-% at 10-35 C for 5-10 min up to homogeneous mixture formation. Then mixture is heated to 170-180 C for mixture with high-pressure polyethylene or to 130-140 C for mixture with copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate and film is formed by extrusion from the melt under pressure. Benzone content in proposed material is increased to 0.8-1.0 wt. -% as compared with 0.5 wt.-% for known ones. This provides decrease of spectral transmission of middle-wave UV irradiation (at 290-330 nm) from 15% (for known films) to 0-1% that ensures to increase the vegetable cultures yield by 5-15%. Exploitation period of proposed film material is 3.5-5 years. Material is used in agriculture. EFFECT: increased yield of agriculture production. |
