Automobile opening sun-roof

The sun-roof has an opening roof panel displaced via a drive cable, coupled to an electric operating drive (8) via a drive spline (9) at one end. The drive cable acts as part of the electrical connection between the roof panel and the automobile and is received in a guide channel (10).Pref. the electrical contact between the drive cable and the automobile is provided by the drive spine or by a separate contact (11) cooperating with a section of the cable within the guide channel.
