The feed appts. has first and second paper ejection apertures from which paper is optionally removed. The printer lid (15) opens or closes the second paper ejection aperture. A paper path changeover lever (9) is linked to the lid opening and closing operation.The paper ejection path is changed over so that, when the lid is closed, paper is removed from the first paper ejection aperture. When the lid is open, paper is removed from the second paper ejection aperture.
