ROCKET ENGINE FEED SYSTEM

FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: engine feed system includes main and booster turbopump units with pumps and drive gas turbines, generators of gaseous working media, gas and liquid mains; booster turbine inlet is in communication with gas line of generator and its outlet is in communication with inlet of main pump. Mains of main and booster turbines may be brought in communication and surface recuperative heat exchanger may be mounted in between them with flow of cooling propellant component. EFFECT: reduction of mass; system may be used in liquid-propellant rocket engines with afterburning of generator gas.
