FIELD: SHF heating equipment. SUBSTANCE: for determination of intensity of distribution of SHF power there is manufactured inspection sample from material of known thickness and exhibiting property of change of dimensions under action of SHF irradiation. It is proposed to place inspection sample with shape of surface of examined field into irradiation space, to subject it to action of SHF power, to keep it there for time necessary to form stable deformation of sample thickness, to measure thickness of sample in chosen cross-section and to calculate distribution of SHF power in agreement with presented expression. EFFECT: increased authenticity of determination of intensity of distribution of SHF power. |
