The invention refers to building (tower-like constructions) oscillation damping. Its objective is to increase the effectiveness of oscillation damping.It is suggested to complete building oscillation damping installations, which includes bar 1 having the inertial mass, hinged bar base 2, oscillation damper 5 and elastic elements 4 fixed on building 3. The inertial mass is distributed in a three-stage gyroscopic construction (Fig.1). Outer frame 6 is tightly fixed to bar 1 and is coupled with inner frame 7 with hinges owing to outer axle-shaft 8. Spring 9 is connected with outer axle-shaft 8 and outer frame 6. The inner frame 7 with help of axle-shaft 10 is tightly fixed to gyroscopic cover 11. Spring 13 is connected with inner frame 7 and inner axle-shaft 10.When submitted to oscillations, the installation produces a moment, which is directed against the outer impact moment, and decreases the building oscillation amplitude.<IMAGE>
