The present invention relates to an electric plug comprising a base which carries the electric connection pins, any electric supply cable of which the electric wires are connected to the electric connection pins and comprising a U-shaped linking element fixed by shape complementarity to the base straddling the electric supply cable by being applied against the latter in order to press it against the base and to make it integral with the latter. According to the invention, the base has a bearing surface on which is pressed the electric supply cable through the U-shaped linking element, and is conformed to frictionally retain the electric supply cable on said bearing surface.
