FIELD: medicine production, in particular - production of novocaine, that is used for infiltrating, conducting and spinal cord anaesthesia; for vagostatic and paranephric blockade, to potentiate action of main narcotic means during general anesthesia; to delute pain during stomach or duodenum ulcer, hemorrhoid, etc. SUBSTANCE: to simplify process to increase ease of manufacture and quality of produced novocaine, acylation is exercised using dozed feeding of β-diethylaminoethanol with stirring for 0.5 - 2.0 hours, reduction is exercised under hydrogen pressure - up to 50 at and temperature - up to 120 C using palladium as catalyst. Separation of good product is exercised by solvent distillation or by its alkalization up to pH 9.5 - 10 with following alkilation of settled sediment. Chlorobenzene or p-xylene or toluene is used as inert solvent. EFFECT: method allows to simplify significantly process by reduction of number of manufacturing stages and to increase output of good product without production of sewage. 2 cl |
