FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device is designed to check content of water in oil products or content of oil products in water. Salient feature of device consists in provision of it with thermal sensors, units controlling temperature and electronic analyzer. Analyzed mixture "water-oil products" is fed into heater 1 through inlet branch pipe, thermal sensor 2 mounted downstream from output branch pipe controls temperature and gives possibility to keep preset temperature at outlet of heater 1 with the aid of temperature regulator 3 and automatically operated gate valves 4 installed in feeding line of heat transfer agent. Heated mixture goes into coolers 5 where control over cooling temperature of liquid is conducted by means of thermal sensors 6. Equalization of temperatures in volume of mixture in pipe-lines 7 feeding it into intake tanks 8 is carried out with the help of mixers 9 and temperature control is performed with the use of thermal sensors 10. Electric signals from thermal sensors 2,6, 10 are sent into electronic unit 11 which can generate parameters of temperatures across three analyzed sections or can process information and generate data on quantitative proportion of oil products in water. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of quantitative composition of mixture "oil products- water", provision for uninterrupted analysis of unlimited volume of mixture, expanded measurement range and reduced risk of fibre. 2 dwg |
