摘要 FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing expert-assisted testing on statistical physical load application testing unit in sitting position with mainly stressed muscles of lower body half. Stepwise loading is carried out with loads increasing each step by 20-60 kg of force and keeping each step loads with their number being from 2 to 6 in the interval of 80-280 kg of force and 10-60 s duration and the limit level of muscular endurance determined by the capability to hold the applied muscular effort or by arterial blood pressure increasing the value of 200/120 mm of mercury column according to Korotkov method, being achieved, or expressed tachycardia increasing the 85% threshold with respect to the norm from Shepard nomogram. The test is stopped and its endurance evaluation is carried out applying 23-4 gradations scale. Then the estimated value is expressed in terms of permissible loading limit under condition anti-overloading suit is used as excellent in case of 8.5-9.0 units, as good in case of 7.5-8.0 units, as satisfactory in case of 7 units and less.
