摘要

A novel hydrocolloid (I) for affinity viscometry comprises dispersible colloidal particles of a co-lyophilisate of water soluble neutral polysaccharide molecules (II) contg. several affinity ligands and polyvalent receptors (III) for the affinity ligands. (II) pref. comprise dispersible polysaccharide particles obtd. by covalently crosslinking several polysaccharide molecules, esp. dextran molecules crosslinked with divinyl sulphone or epichloro-hydrin.
