FIELD: chemical treatment of special types of leather, during manufacture of lining leather from split of cattle hides. SUBSTANCE: to increase quality of leather method of lining leather manufacture from split hides provides for additional tanning by chromic tanning solution, neutralization, dyeing, fat removal, drying and finishing. After neutralization additional treatment by organic acid is exercised in amount of 0.8 - 1.0 % of split hide mass under temperature of 60 - 65 C for 20 - 30 minutes. Then split hide is additionally tanned with chromic tanner under temperature of 60 - 65 C for 30 - 40 minutes and dyeing is exercised using waste after additional tanning bath. EFFECT: increased quality of lining leather manufactures from split hides. |
