FIELD: cryogenic engineering, helium and air-separating cryogenic plants; natural gas refining plants. SUBSTANCE: process involves sequential cooling of cryogen, condensation of admixture, and separation of liquid fraction of admixture, heating of cryogen followed by adsorption of remaining admixture; cryostatic control of adsorption process is conducted by cooling down adsorbent of separated liquid fraction of admixture. For reducing admixture concentration in gas fracture, cryogen is cooled down prior to adsorbing to 1.02- 1.5 of admixture melting point and liquid fraction of admixture is separated once more or cooled down to temperature of 0.98 of admixture melting point; solid fraction of admixture is separated. To facilitate separation of liquid fracture of admixture, method using double separation of liquid fraction of admixture involves cryogen cooling down upon first separation of liquid fraction while reducing pressure by throttling, for example. EFFECT: stabilized operation of adsorber, extended time of its continuous operation, reduced size, provision for cryogen cleaning with separation of admixtures contained in it for their further use as output product. 4 cl, 4 dwg |
