Steering for paving machine

The paving vehicle positions the paving slabs in the required pattern and is self-propelled. Two of the four wheels are driven and the wheels are linked by a common steering linkage, driven by a main steering ram (13). The wheels can be set into a transverse position to move the vehicle laterally at the ends of each row of slabs.The front wheels (2,3) have angled steering arms (16,17) linked to the ram. The rear wheels (4,5) are linked to the steering by long thrust rods and angled control arms. Each wheel mounting has height adjustment to align the vehicle.
