FIELD: information carrying surfaces. SUBSTANCE: medium has at least two layers which are joined to one another. One layer is made from opaque material, another one is made from transparent or light-reflecting material. All area of information storing surface of opaque layer is covered with reflecting hologram which can be read under day light and which provides authentication of information storing medium when hologram is exposed to light and is read at angle of no more than 45 with respect to surface of information storing medium. Information which is stored on hologram may contain several text or graphic pictures, which are produced by removal of material from corresponding parts of opaque layer. This is performed by removal for all depth of this layer by means of laser engraving. Device may be used for identification of personal cards, credit cards and other papers which use requires checking their authentication. EFFECT: checking authentication of carrier. |
