FIELD: laser welding of pipelines upon laying of different-purpose pipelines in field conditions. SUBSTANCE: installation includes a manufacturing laser, a control system, a technological fitting, a transport means, supporting a power source and systems for providing operation of the laser. The installation is provided by a housing, embracing the pipeline and a tube, being welded to it. In a central portion of the housing the laser with an axial opening, a drive mechanism, a mechanism for rotating the laser around an axis of the pipeline, a unit for directing irradiation with its drive mechanism and a mechanism for radial motion, a pickup for detecting a position of a butt are arranged. Terminal portions of the housing have self-propelled radially adjustable supporting units and protective flaps. EFFECT: enhanced quality of welded joins of pipelines, their enhanced reliability at operation, simplified structure of the apparatus. |
