APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING BITUMEN

FIELD: production of road-building materials from oil remains. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical vertical casing with vertical internal wall positioned in spaced relation with respect to casing cover and bottom for allowing free flow of product from one section to the other section. Apparatus is further provided with branch pipes for charging raw material and branch pipes for discharging ready product, bubbling device for supplying oxidizer and heater positioned in lower part of casing. Inner cavity of reactor is divided by radial vertical walls into three equal volume sections and is further provided with additional vertical walls defining chords connecting apexes of radial walls. Heaters and bubblers are positioned at both sides of each section. EFFECT: increased efficiency by intensified oxidation process and reduced power consumption for production of bitumen.
