METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF EMULSIFIER ON THE BASE OF TALLOW OIL

FIELD: production of synthetic rubber. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by two-stepped disproportioning of tallow oil followed by saponification with the help of alkali solution. The first step of disproportioning takes place at 160-170 C and 0.5-1.0 atm within 40-60 min, the second step is carried out within 30-60 min at 180-210 C and 1.5-3.0 atm. EFFECT: decreases temperature of disproportioning, accelerates this process, simplifies the method.
