FIELD: siliconorganic compounds chemistry, in particular - improved method to produce polyethylsiloxane liquids widely used as heat carriers, working liquids for hydraulic system, damping liquids in devices and instruments, as base of low-temperature lubricants. SUBSTANCE: to improve viscosity and temperature and lubricating characteristics of polyethylsiloxane liquids and utilization of high-boiling bottoms wastes of ethylchlorsilanes direct synthesis production process of polyethylsiloxane liquids production process is exercised by engagement magnesium with mixture of ethyl chloride, tetraethoxysilane and high-boiling bottoms wastes of ethylchlorsilanes direct synthesis production in medium of organic solvent under high temperature with following hydrolysis of produced mixture ethyl substituted silanes, distillation of toluene, catalytic regrouping of hydrolysis products and separation by fractions. EFFECT: improved viscosity and lubricating characteristics of polyethylsiloxane liquids. |
