FIELD: production of phosphatizing concentrates for applying phosphate layer and for protection of metals against corrosion. SUBSTANCE: zinc oxide is mixed with water and zinc monophosphate in ZnO to water to zinc monophosphate solution weight ratio of 1:1-4:3-11, nitric acid and calcium nitrate solution are then added in amount of 0.1-5.0 wt % (calculated in terms of calcium). The reaction mixture temperature is 50-60 % and nitric acid is added at rate of 70-120 kg/min. The use of the claimed process makes it possible to make the concentrate more stable, cut down the composition correction time due to shorter warming-up period and less losses associated with said period, cut down the period of time required for preparing concentrates and improved antifriction properties of concentrate-based coatings. EFFECT: improved stability of the concentrate composition, improved antifriction properties of concentrate-based coatings and shorter concentrate preparation time. |
