FIELD: production of fibrous-porous material of industrial application based on polymer fibers used as separating partitions, for instance, for filtering of gases and liquids, manufacture of diffusion partitions, separators for current chemical sources, etc. SUBSTANCE: fibrous-porous materials cable of preservation of shape stability without change of fiber microstructure, resistant to organic solvents and acids, are produced by electrohydrodynamic method, by continuous passing of electrically charged spinning solution which contains 3-21 mas.% of phenol-formaldehyde resin; 3-7 mas.% of polyninylbutyral in the ratio (by mass) from 1:1 to 3:1, respectively; 3-20 mas. % of paratoluenesulfonic acid in terms of phenol-formaldehyde resin and organic solvent through dosing capillary to interelectrode space, precipitation of fiber on earthed receiving surface, heat treatment of the latter with temperature rising from 40 to 300 C at the rate of 2-10 C per hour and removal of formed material from the receiving surface. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
