A wake-up device (alarm) in the event of earthquake consisting of three metal conducting spheres 1, one semi- conical plastic arrangement 2 where one sphere is mounted firmly at the apex of the arrangement and on the wall of the device 3 while the other two are mounted on very small concave bases screwed to the wall 4 so that they touch the fixed sphere at a higher point 5 as well as the vertical wall. The half cone arrangement ends in a conducting channel 6. The apparatus also contains an electric bell or alarm 7, a DC lamp 8 and an electrical switch 9. The advantage of the invention is that in the event of earthquake during the night it wakes people in the house who will then have the mental and bodily alertness to cope with the difficult moments of the earthquake, protecting themselves and persons related to them. |
