摘要 PURPOSE: To improve shift quality in an opening region wherein a rate of change is high by a method wherein the width of an opening region being a learning unit is set to a value relatively lower than the width of an opening region wherein a rate of change is low, in a throttle opening region wherein the rate of change of input torque to an automatic transmission is higher compared with a throttle opening change. CONSTITUTION: A learning object parameter memory means (c) to store a value of a parameter related to a shift at each throttle opening region having a given width is provided. A value of a stored parameter is corrected by a correction means (d) at each throttle opening region so that the measurements of a physical amount measuring means (b) to measure a physical amount for indicating the shift state of an automatic transmission is adjusted to a value approximately similar to a target value. A shift is controlled by a shift control means (e) by using a value of a parameter after the correction. In the memory means (c), the width of an opening region wherein the rate of change of input torque to an automatic transmission is higher compared with a throttle opening change is set to a value relatively lower than that of an opening region wherein a rate of change is low.
