发明名称 NICKEL-BEARING CATALYST FOR POLYCHLORAROMATIC COMPOSITIONS DECHLORINATION AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 FIELD: production of chemical catalysts used for dechlorination of chlorine-substituted aromatic compositions; chemical industry, electrotechnical industry - for detoxication of widely used chlorine-derivative aromatic compositions, that, as it is widely known, after burning form highly toxic substances, including especially toxic substances among them - dioxines. SUBSTANCE: production of new catalyst for reaction of full dechlorination of polychlororganic compositions provides for application of chlorous nickel on graphite oxide, following treatment with silicon hydride under ratio of initial components, mass shares: graphite oxide - 100; nickel chloride - 7 - 55. The catalyst is stable in general conditions and does not loose its action capability during long period storage in the open air and keeps its activity after multiple cycles of dechlorination of chlororganic substances without catalyst regeneration. After separation from reaction mass catalyst is stored and further used in similar processes. Study of new catalyst in reaction of dechlorination of polyorganic compositions demonstrated, that it is more effective, than known catalysts of the process. In contrast to prototype (4) it is capable to catalyze full dechlorination of dichlordibenzoyl and tetrachlorbenbenzeneduring multiple cycles without regeneration; it is easily separated from reaction mass and keeps it properties in general conditions storage for long time without loss of catalytic activity; it is safe in usage and in storage. EFFECT: increased catalyst effectiveness, durability and safety.
