The elevating apparatus comprises an elevating plate(30) combined with a bracket(26) holding a spindle assembly(16) in a position of the bottom of a base plate(24) and a rod(34) of a solenoid(32) installed on the outside central end of the base plate(24) and moving forward only in case of replaying of the compact disk. The plate(30) inserted into a number of guide protrusions(28) which are protruded from the base plate(24) adjusts the height of the spindle assembly(16) by the left and right movement.
