The trim strip (20) fixing for the inside of a windscreen side pillar (13) which has one edge covered by a seal strip (16), incorporates a key which passes through a projection (22) on the inside of the trim strip and an engaging clip (24) fastened to the facing surface of the pillar, the outer tip of the key being covered by the edge of the seal strip. Once the trim strip has been fitted and is properly positioned, the key is inserted through aligned holes in the clip and projection, and once it has been fully inserted the seal strip covers it. |
