<p>A pneumatic radial tire for use in heavy duty vehicles utilises a belt (4) having a structure such that a rubberized strip (8) containing one or more cords (7) is slantly extended from one of both side edges of the belt toward the other side edge with respect to an equatorial plane (O) of the tire and continuously extended substantially zigzag in a circumferential direction of the tire tread (6) while bending at each side edge of the belt at different inclination angles (θ) of the strip (8) with respect to the equatorial plane (O) in each of side regions of the belt before and after the bending at the side edge. <IMAGE></p> |
