<p>PURPOSE:To measure the sag degree of a transmission line with high accuracy or to tighten the transmission line by receiving a signal sent from an artificial satellite with a receiving antenna and operating the phase difference of said received waves at each place where said antenna is placed. CONSTITUTION:Antennas 31-34 are provided on steel towers 11 and 12 and an electric wire 2 so as to receive electric waves from an artificial satellite. The signals of the satellite received by the antennas 31-34 are converted to electric signals by a receiver 5 and operated by a processing apparatus 6, whereby a three-dimensional direction at each of A-D points is obtained. The sag degree of the electric wire 2 can be mea sured with considerably high accuracy. Moreover, while the sag degree of the electric wire 2 is measured, a tightening wire 8 is wound back or forth by a tightening winch 7 to adjust the sag degree of the wire 2. When the sag degree of the wire 2 becomes an intended value, the electric wire is cut and welded with an anchor clamp and coupled to the iron towers 11 and 12. Thereafter, the signals received by the antennas 31-34 are received by the receiver 5 and input to a personal computer 6a for data processing, thereby measuring the sag degree of the electric wire and tightening the same.</p> |
