Heterocyclylazoaniline dyes, heterocyclylazoaniline dye metal complexes and their use in optical elements

摘要

Heterocyclylazoaniline dyes having a sulfonyl- or acylamino substituent on the aniline ring are disclosed. Metal complexes of the dyes are useful in the optical recording layers of optical recording elements, particularly writable Photo CD recording layers.
