The unit consists of a door at the front(6), an outlet(3) on the main body(2), a bent heat reflecting plate(12) set with a gap in the main body, far infrared radiating plates attached on the bent reflecting plate(12-1), far infrared radiating stones(11) on the infrared radiating plate(10-2), a gas burner under the plate(10-2), a oil collecting unit(5) in front of stones(11) separated with a block(5-1), and meat rotating parts(7) over the oil collecting unit(5). The far infrared radiating plates(10)(10-1)(10-2) and the radiating stones are made of 15-30% germanium, 5-10% cerium and 50-80% kaolin. |
