PURPOSE:To enable surface treatment imparting taste wherein non-glossy parts and glossy parts are mixed to the surface of a molded product and to provide roundness to the corners of embossed parts to make a contaminant easy to remove by pressing a primary molded product to the embossing unevenness of a secondary mold. CONSTITUTION:In a method for forming embossed patterns to a two-color molded product molded by laminating thermosetting resin layers having different colors, at first, a primary molded product 2 is molded in a primary mold 1 in a reduced curing degree. Next, the primary molded product 2 is fitted in a secondary mold 3 having embossing unevenness 3b formed on the molding surface thereof so as to come into contact with the embossing unevenness 3b to be subjected to secondary molding. The embossing unevenness 3b is pressed to the surface of the primary molded product 2 to form embossed patterns. Since the embossed patterns are formed by pressing the secondary mold 3 to the primary molded product 2, the molded product is easily demolded and, since the embossed patterns are formed by pressing the protruding parts of the embossing unevenness 3b, roundness can be applied to the corners of the embossed patterns. |
