<p>In known sheet metal fasteners holding members may not be deformed, and hence the fastener will not be secured, unless force is uniformly applied to the head of the fastener to fold the folding members. To solve this problem the fastener (1) of the present invention is provided with a guide member (13) longitudinally extending to a shank (3) to guide a head (9) toward the shank when holding members (7,7) are folded, both the guide member and the shank having engagement means (14,14) to bring one thereof into engagement with the other to keep the holding members as folded. <IMAGE></p> |
