CONSTITUTION: A core material 11 has through-hole gathering parts 15 each composed of the gathering of a plurality of through-holes 16 expanding toward the surface on the side opposite to foam 12 thereof at predetermined places and the foam 12 has engaging projections 17 having expanded tips provided to the surface corresponding to the through-holes 16 thereof and the engaging projections 17 are fitted in the through-holes 16 to be engaged therewith.
