PURPOSE: To obtain the subject agent, improved in expansion ratio, sufficiently permeating through voids, expanding and carrying out the consolidation treatment of a bedrock, etc., by combining a liquid A consisting essentially of an aqueous solution of sodium silicate with a liquid B consisting essentially of a specific organic isocyanate and excellent in flame retardance. CONSTITUTION: This agent for consolidating the natural ground is a two-part grouting agent composition obtained by combining a liquid A consisting essentially of an aqueous solution of sodium silicate with a liquid B consisting essentially of an organic isocyanate of the formula [(n) is 0 or >=1]. The content of the organic isocyanate in which (n) in the isocyanate is 0 is preferably 43-70wt.% and that of the organic isocyanate in which (n) is >=3 is 8-45wt.%. The liquid A preferably contains <40wt.% polyol.
