摘要

PURPOSE: To produce palladium powder used for palladium paste for an electrode of a laminated ceramic capacitor not causing cubical expansion or shrinkage due to oxidation-reduction and similar in sintering behavior to a dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION: Spherical palladium powder of 0.5-1.2μm particle diameter is heated at 100-200 deg.C for >=24hr in the air or at 200-300 deg.C for >=2hr under reduced pressure or in an inert atmosphere and paste is prepd. by using this palladium powder.
