PURPOSE: To automate the regulation of an ink lead-out amt. by providing a means inputting the pattern area ratio data of a printing plate and the printing speed signal of a printing press to form an ink supply control signal and a nozzle moving control signal. CONSTITUTION: When printing is started in a printing press, a pulse signal (printing speed signal 7) is outputted from the rotary encoder 6 attached to the motive shaft of the printing press to be inputted to a control signal forming means 1 to calculate the number of pulses per a unit time and an accurate printing speed can be calculated. Pattern area ratio data is inputted to a control signal forming means 1 from a printing pattern area ratio measuring device through a communication circuit like a local area network. The control signal forming means l forms an ink supply signal 9 and a nozzle moving signal 10 from the printing speed obtained from the printing speed signal 7 and the pattern area ratio data. |
