PURPOSE: To carry out on-off control for the cut-off control, interlocking with a command of an external signal by providing a control mechanism for delaying the response of a swash plate angle of a hydraulic pump according to a command of an external signal and increasing the absorbing horsepower of the hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION: A slow return valve 25, a switching valve 24, a solenoid valve 26 for controlling the pilot pressure for switching the switching valve 24, and an instructing means 30 for delaying the swash plate operating speed of a variable displacement hydraulic pump 2 are interposed in a pipeline for connecting a servo piston 4 and a servo valve 5 to each other, and a control device 10 is adapted to output a command signal to the solenoid valve 26 when the instructing means 30 is during ON-operation. |
