摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To industrially, stably, and relatively easily produce a grain oriented silicon steel sheet excellent in magnetic properties. CONSTITUTION: This grain oriented silicon steel sheet is produced by a series of stages using a grain oriented silicon steel stock containing, as inhibitor- forming components, 0.02-0.15%, by weight, Mn, 0.005-0.060% Se, 0.010-0.06% Al, and 0.0030-0.0120% N. At this time, the amount of oxides at the surface of the steel sheet before decarburizing annealing is regulated to (0.02 to 0.10)g/m<2> by oxygen coating weight. Further, at the time of sebsequent decarburizing annealing, the ratio of the partial pressure of water vapor to the partial pressure of hydrogen in an atmosphere is controlled to 0.3-0.5 in the course where the surface temp. of the steel sheet is 500-750 deg.C, and also the ratio of the partial pressure of water vapor to the partial pressure of hydrogen in an atmosphere is controlled to 0.5-0.8 in the course where the surface temp. of the steel sheet is 750-850 deg.C.</p>
