PURPOSE: To obtain a fibrous filler-reinforced resin composition excellent in mechanical strength balance, creep resistance, product appearance, etc. CONSTITUTION: This fibrous filler-reinforced resin composition comprises 40-98wt.% of the below-described component (a), 2-60wt.% of the component (b), and the component (c) in an amount of (s) pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the components (a) and (b), wherein the (s) pts.wt. satisfies a relation of qrs/p=k through a constant k of 0.2-3 between the content p (wt.%) of the component (b), the diameter qμm of the fibrous filler and the maleic anhydride content r (wt.%) in the component (c). The component (a): a propylene homopolymer resin and/or a propylene-ethylene block copolymer resin having a melt flow rate of 1-500dg/min; the component (b): a fibrous filler whose surface is treated with a silane coupling agent; the component (c): a maleic anhydride-grafted propylene polymer having a maleic anhydride content of 3-12wt.% and obtained by subjecting a propylene polymer having a number-average mol.wt. of 5000-20000 and maleic anhydride to a grafting reaction condition.
