<p>PURPOSE: To prevent rattling in an opening/closing body supporting part, so as to prevent the latch point from being released from a latch hole by providing a locking claw, which is locked in a circumference edge of a latch hole in a lock condition and is released from the circumferential edge of the latch hole in an antilock condition, in the tip of an auxiliary latch. CONSTITUTION: When the tip of a latch 41 faces to a latch hole 22a, the latch 41 is energized with a rotated auxiliary latch 47 by means of a spring 44 so as to be slid in the full line arrow direction. By means of this slide, the tip of the latch 41 advanced into the latch hole 22a is brought into contact with a stopper, and a returning claw 47b is released from a stepped part, and as a result, a locking claw 47a is locked in the circumferential edge of the latch hole 22a. If a truck runs on a rough road and the like under this condition, the locking claw 47a is stopped in the circumferential edge of the latch hole 22a, and the latch 41 is prevented from being released from the latch hole 22a. For unlocking a tail gate, the latch 41 is slid via a main link 17, and the tip of the latch 41 is released from the latch hole 22a.</p> |
