<p>PURPOSE: To improve the visibility and the light transmission amount by forming a protruding rough surface having fine and smooth semispherical protrusions on the surface of one active energy beam curable resin cured material layer, and further providing a transparent conductive layer on the other active energy beam curable resin cured material layer. CONSTITUTION: A film of a layer structure of layers 2b, 1 and 2a formed by peeling cast films from a laminated layer film has a light isotropic base material film 1 at a center. In this film, the fine recess rough surface of a first cast film is transferred to the surface of the layer 2a side, and the surface of the layer 2a side is formed in a protruding rough surface (p) having fine and smooth semispherical protrusions. The cast film is peeled to be removed from the laminated film, a transparent conductive layer 3 is formed on the exposed layer 2b surface, and then the residual cast film is peeled to be removed.</p> |
