PURPOSE: To automate the repairing of a bolt by moving the bolt into a takeout position and a repairing position in order by hands, and then rotating the bolt and also pressing a brush against the bolt. CONSTITUTION: Bolts are set to a carry-in rail 1, and the start switch of a control panel 20 is operated by pressing. A carry-in motor 4 is thereby driven to rotate a conveyor chain 3, so that the bolts are conveyed in the direction of a first hand 6 through a transfer dog 2. A first hand turning cylinder 5 is then driven to turn the first hand 6, and the bolt in a delivery position is clamped and moved into a takeout position. An arm turning cylinder 8 is then driven to turn a second hand 7, and the bolt in the delivery position is clamped and moved into a repairing position. A bolt rotating motor 11 is driven to rotate the bolt on its axis, and a repairing motor 12 is driven to rotate a repairing brush 14. A brush pressing cylinder 13 is then driven to move the repairing brush 14, thus starting the repairing of the bolt. |
