PURPOSE: To stabilize the stretching work of EVOH, especially of EVOH-based resin blended with a polyamide resin so as not to generate fish-eye by a method wherein saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers are co-extruded and then laminated to each other through out-of-die bonding method. CONSTITUTION: Saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers EVOH as feed stocks are supplied under molten state from extruders 11 and 12 to the respective layers of a co-extrusion circular die 2. The co-extrusion circular die having two or more layers is enough and the one having four or more layers are also employed. Further, when mechanical strength is necessary, EVOH is preferably blended with a polyamide resin. As for the EVOH under the condition that the obtained stretched film is used in the packaging field of foodstock or the like necessitating gas barrier properties, preferable ethylene content is 25-45mol% and preferable degree of saponification is 90% or more, and more preferably, 98% or more. |
